LOT is just a theory. If you are new to PE, start out with the newbie routine.
The Newbie Routine:
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST.
Being that your LOT is at 6, MartinC is right - you are going to need to work the tunica. Essentially, stretching straight up. As you become more advanced, you should get into A-stretches and V-stretches. Lastly, many members here have made some really nice gains with a low LOT, so do not be discouraged!
