My method to try to get over Premature Ejaculation

I’ve discovered that i suffer from Premature Ejaculation like 2 years ago. I’m 23, and first had sex only at 21. I knew i had premature ejaculation because once i started penetrating, i couldn’t last even one minute. And now that i have a girlfriend, i still can’t last more than one minute. Maybe that’s lack of sex experience, maybe it’s the fact that i’m a very anxious person, i don’t know. What i know is i’m trying to do everything to fix that shit because no woman wants to be in a serious relationship with a men who can’t have sex for more than 60 seconds.

I’ve started doing stretches because my hip flexors is thight and i think that could affect my PE. I’m also doing the Newbie Routine to increase size. And what i’m doing “different” from everyone (i think) is that i’m doing edging but in a different way:
- I’m not just normal edging. I realize that i think that this is not very useful. I’ve read a lot in here guys saying that they could last more than 30 minutes in an edging session, but when it comes to sex they couldn’t last 1 minute. So what i’m trying to do is, instead of just masturbating normally, i’m using lube in my hands and glans and whole penis, and i’m not masturbating with the regular hand grip you use, i’m using an OK grip (but with all fingers) and tightning my grip to simulate more the sensation of a tight pussy, and the lube is also to simulate the sensation of a wet pussy. Combined with this, while edging, i’m using earphones with moaning sounds. Everything to simulate real sex. When you’re masturbating normally, you usually don’t make friction with your glans, and that’s something i’m doing now in these edging sessions.
- Today was the first day that i tried this method. I couldn’t resist and ended ejaculating after some minutes, but the goal is to end EVERY session without ejaculating so the brain get used to the feeling of physical stimulation without the needing to ejaculate. I’ll do this everyday and see if it helps.

Please, if you suffer or suffered from premature ejaculation, tell me what you think of this. What things you did that really helped you. I’m trying everything i can to fix it.

Hello, I too believe I suffered from Premature ejaculation. Sex for 3 mins-5mins before. I will do my best to show you what helped me.

1. Stop watching porn, you want to train your body to remember every time you touch your dick, you don’t blow a nut. So train PE and not bust nuts. Condition your dick to get used to being touched but not ejaculate.

2. Kegels, reverse kegels, and general dick control. You’ll want to moderately train you me pelvic floor muscle to flex and relax. Kegels push blood into the penis, reverse kegels allow blood to flow out from penis. Ejaculation occurs once enough tension is built up, it uses that pressure to shoot your load out of your dick. So learn to control that pressure build up. Learn to Use your kegels in real sex situations, kegels aren’t just a excessive;)

3. Breathing. As will all else, breath controls your energy. Try and realize that you might be making sex to be more fanatical than what’s actually going on. Sex is normal, sex is everywhere in all life. Sex isn’t a mystified occurrence once in your life.. So try to keep your cool while pounding your girls, calm your breath, calm your strokes. I find that girls don’t like porn poundings, but more sensual grinding and slower strokes.

Sorry it was long, but I was busting nuts quick like you. And a few months of practice, thought, and persistence and now I can go for longer than my girl likes to ! So can you!

Premature ejaculation isn’t about not lasting as long as you want, but you are not able to control it at all. That’s what you described by saying that you can’t last even a minute. It’s important to understand that is totally mental and a fear association problem. Your mind has associate sex with danger, stress and fight or flight mode. The same thing can happen if you are about to public speak for the first time, you may paralyze. What happens is that your body prefers to ejaculate as early as possible to escape the dangerous and stressful situation that you are in. You can’t be afraid and physically aroused at the same time. Guys who have associate sex with something enjoyable don’t suffer from premature ejaculation.

You have to understand the source of the problem and then throw yourself in those situations with the mindset that you are under gradual improvement.

Hey Vroux, thanks for the words,

1- I stopped with porn already because i believe it probably contributes to the problem. However, i do use porn to get erect in my workout routine, i watch some porn for like 1-2 min max to get erect and start jelqing, but that’s it, do you think that’s a problem? It’s amateur porn tho not those super producted porn videos in HD.

2- I do kegels after my penis enlargement routine. How much kegels do you think is good enough? Sometimes i think normal kegels aggravate my problem. I’m doing like 25-30 kegels and reverse kegels after the jelqs. This is like 4 days a a week. And last, do you use kegels during sex? How do you do it? You perform a reverse kegel during penetration or something?

3- I try to maintain my breath normally. I think one of the reasons is that me penis is not used to the feeling of a vagina, since i’m very unexperienced with sex. That’s why i’m edging like i explained in my post to see if it helps, so the sensation of a pussy is not gonna be something new and amazing to me, just an usual and daily thing, get it?

Hey GP, thanks for your time,

I know premature ejaculation is most associated with psychological issues than physiological. The problem is that i don’t really know how to apply that “see sex as something normal and enjoyable” in real life, in practice. I try to have a positive mindset while having sex but it doesn’t work like that.

I dont really know actually, but i’m circunsized so the glans is always touching the underwear when i move. But i think i have some sensitivity on the glans.
