My newbe routine

My newbe routine

Started PE 1 week ago, and here’s my routine.

- 5 min warm water in the shower
- 20 seconds stretching in every direction (up, down, right, left) 3 times each
- 100 jelqs, 30 seconds pause, 100 jelqs
- 5 min warm water in the shower

Is this a good routine for a newbe, or should I add/remove something? Can this routine make me grow someting, or is it just a warm-up for the other routines?

I’m not sure about the 30 seconds pause either.

How many kegels should I add? And should I remove the 30 seconds pause and do 200 jelqs in a row?

Yes, do all the jelqs in a row. The idea of jelqing is to build up a small amount of pressure in the penis which causes the tissues to temporarily expand beyond their normal capacities (not too much pressure though, otherwise you will overtrain). If you pause, the pressure will subside and it’ll be like basically undoing some of the work you just did.

If you’re a newbie, try 50 kegels of five second holds each, as specified in the Newbie Routine.

Okey. When I do the jelqs (I do it with two hands), I take an OK grip at the base of my penis, then I move that hand to the head. Shall I let go of this hand before I start making pressure with the other hand, or shall I hold this pressure until I have taken a new OK grip with the other hand?

For now I PE 2 days, and then take 1 day of. Is this good or shall I PE every day?
