My newbe routine
Started PE 1 week ago, and here’s my routine.
- 5 min warm water in the shower
- 20 seconds stretching in every direction (up, down, right, left) 3 times each
- 100 jelqs, 30 seconds pause, 100 jelqs
- 5 min warm water in the shower
Is this a good routine for a newbe, or should I add/remove something? Can this routine make me grow someting, or is it just a warm-up for the other routines?
