My newbie PE-journey so far.
On August 30, 2022, about 10 weeks ago, I started my PE-Journey.
Today I had my first measurement.
Unfortunately I don’t see any progress.
Not in length, but also not in circumference.
Not a single millimeter.
The only thing I notice so far is that my flaccid is a bit longer.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, or should I be more patient?
I was hoping to see a small measurable difference.
What I’ve done.
For the first five weeks I stuck to the Newbie program.
- 10 min warm up (I bought an electric warm pad)
- 100x helicopter clockwise
- 100x helicopter counter clockwise
- 50x JAI stretch 2 seconds
- 6 minutes stretch in 6 directions (incl. BTC), 30 seconds per direction
- 10 minutes of jelqing
The first week it is three times PE, with therefore two rest days in between.
Week 2 I have one rest day in between, week 3-5 I work up to 4 days PE and then a rest day.
During the first five weeks I work my way up to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing.
The last 5 weeks I have adhered to the 1-3 protocol.
The first day of girth, after which three days of length exercises.
At girth I do 3-4 sets of 10 minutes clamping and edging with a cable clamp.
I always start with a 10 minute heat pad and 2x 100 helicopter shakes.
In between 7 minutes rest with a heat pad.
On the length days I free-styled a bit in the first weeks to see what fits best.
I did 60 minutes of small cylinder pumping.
I came up with my own hanging device, in which I did 3-4x 20 minutes hanging with 2kg.
Or I did 3 sets of 20 minutes with manual stretching 5x 1.10min BTC, 5x 1.10min downwards and 5x 1.10min forwards.
I always start with a 10 minute heat pad and 2x 100 helicopter shakes.
In between 7 minutes rest with a heat pad.
In the last two weeks I have decided to continue with manuals.
I simply feel the best stretch in my penis.
I grab behind my glans and feel a good stretch in my penis.
When hanging I mainly feel stretch in the skin of my penis, but not in my penis.
I also like length pumping with a small cylinder, but I don’t think this way is the fastest way to gain length and I think it’s more of a way to add as an extra day after manuals.
Am I doing something wrong?
What do you think of my schedule?
