Hi,

I’m Jake and I’m 19 years old. This is my first post on Thunders-place.org. I’m from Croatia so my English isn’t perfect but I think it’s still very good. Sorry for my English mistakes.
I decided to start doing penis exercises because of my beautiful girlfriend. I love her so much, that I’ll do everything just to make her happy. I would do everything just to see her smile and her eyes every day. I know she likes my penis size, but it’s not what I want. I know I can’t fill her up completely and I hate this feeling.

I started doing penis exercises 3 weeks ago, because I want to add length but specially girth(my penis is very thin). Girth is much more important for me but I’d like to add length also!!
My flaccid girth is only 4 inches. My erect penis size is 6.2 inches. I didn’t measure my girth size when erect.

I decided to do PE on Monday, Wednesday and Friday! 3 days a week but after 3 months and a half I’ll include PE on Saturday too.

I designed my own routine. I think less is more. I think my penis MUST rest too.

First month
First week How wrap/7 min-stretch/150 jelqs/Hot wrap
Second week: How wrap/7 min-stretch/150 jelqs/Hot wrap
Third week: How wrap/7 min-stretch/150 jelqs/Hot wrap
Fourth week: How wrap/7 min-stretch/150 jelqs/Hot wrap

Second month

After 3 months and a half I’ll do exercises on Saturday also.
My Saturday routine:

Fourth month: Hot wrap/Jelq and hold: 50 times/Jelqing: 200 times/Circle stretch: 5 min/Hot wrap
Fifth month: Hot wrap/Jelq and hold: 60 times/Jelqing: 220 times/Circle stretch: 5 min/Hot wrap
Sixth month: Hot wrap/Jelq and hold: 70 times/Jelqing: 240 times/Circle stretch: 5 min/Hot wrap

PLEASE, WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MY ROUTINE? IT’S GOOD, BAD.. ? What do you suggest? Thank you so much for any help.

No need to apoplize for your English Jake. It is very readable, and understood easily.

One small point though. Please don’t use capital letters when writing except for starting sentences, paragraphs, names etc. . Normally capitals all the way through a sentence is taken as shouting at someone, which is frowned upon.

With regard to your routine. It is quite long and complicated. and would require a lot of time for members to analyse for you.

But your first month seems reasonable. However, we normally prefer members to try the Newbie Routine, as most members know it, and can judge what your reaction to it would be, and give advice if say, yuu are not responding to it as expected. A new routine such as yours does need to be assessed on how your penis has reacted to it.

A new routine such as yours really requires you to do it and then analyze how you have improved. (or not) and then adjust your next routine accordingly. As you may be doing something in your routine which works against your gains, and would require adjusting in your second routine etc.

So if you still prefer to do your own routine. Please do, it’s no problem, but it would be better if you make notes and then come back at the end of the month and give your experience. We could then help with advice.

Then we can give a better opinion.
