My Routine
Hey I’ve been into PE for about a week and wanted some comments from some experienced people about my routine. It’s kind of a personal modification of DLD’s newbie routine, mainly only one rep of stretching because mostly I get partially erect. I do it every day in the bath.
Stretching
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
~10 min soak in hot bath water (before stretching if I remember)
5 mins MrOrange bends (or else a variation of my own)
300 reps/10 mins jelqing with oil
——I’d like to add 5 mins of Uli right here but I think it’ll be a bit much
~5-10 warm down
I was also wondering if I should do slow or fast jelqs, I feel slow intense ones with kegels added to pump in more blood are better because of the obvious visible expansion but I read quick ones give better gains. Anyway I feel I might be over-training, but I should mention that I’ve only really formulated this in the past day or two and before was just doing 15-20 min jelq sessions for the past week. I have a little bit of purplish coloration and a few red spots that go away fast. I can’t really judge what’s happened to my erection strength since I’m sick, but I don’t think I’ve had any negative effect on hardness that might result from over-training. I know this is a long post but I wanted to get all the details out there; if I’m going to try to enlarge my penis I’m going to make damn sure I don’t do it wrong.
