okay i measured and heres what I have

erect length 5 1/2
flacid 2 1/2 inches
girth at base 5
girth at mid shaft 5
girth at right below my gland 4 1/2
erect base across 2 inches

reason why I changed it because THIS measure where done with a string I would suggest everone measure with a string.My other
was done by a paper didnt feel using paper would be accurate
I think using a string is more accurate.

A good starting routine consnsists of a few min hotwrap, stretches and some light jelqing.
Go to Forum jump at the bottom of this page and choose

Btw, you may want to write down your bone pressed lenght for a future comparisson.
