That’s why I’m for sure going to put in atleast 6 months continuous. Cause I know how long it takes for the body to adapt to stresses. It doesn’t happen overnight. But at the same time the dick has a rock hard ligament that runs the length of it (in reference to length gains), that’s where the skepticism comes from. Scientists say it isn’t possible but then again science doesn’t know everything. Perhaps ligaments can adapt and grow as well. In the end you take the word of strangers on the internet who may or may not have hidden monetary agendas, or you try it yourself and put it to the test, like an experiement.

and I’m choosing to believe that you are a real person who has been trying for almost 12 months now to enlarge your penis, and you are discouraged due to no results. In other words; you’re one of us (a PE-er), you’ve just had a bad time with it.

Your main argument seems to be that the ligament/tendons (whatever) can’t be stretched. You’re wrong. Ligaments and tendons can be stretched. You need enough force, for enough minutes, to cause lengthening greater than the normal length, which will then cause some microtrauma in the tissues. Then, similar to martial arts or sports stretching, you need to keep stretching to that new longer length during the healing process so the tissues heal at a new length.

The process is quite simple, and absolutely works, but requires a lot of time and dedication. Your other posts seem to show a lazy (or unenthusiastic) approach to your training. That’s not surprising since you seem to have adopted the belief that the task is impossible.

You stated in yohr other thread that you won’t get equipment. Please reconsider that! If you want to try pumping and get a decent tube, heat pad and vacuum gauge I’m willing to monitor your training and progress (assuming you start a progress thread) and give you suggestions etc.

The 0.5 inch length gain that you seek is an easy 3-5 months away provided you are willing to give an hour a day to the process and are willing to tolerate some mild discomfort on a daily basis, because permanently stretching flesh is a similar process to sports stretching. It takes commitment, hard work and some discomfort.

I don’t want your $1000, but you may need to invest $200 or so on good equipment. It’s up to you. Do you really want the bigger penis or not?

To the OP, please, come back in about 3 months to check out my ‘progress w/picture thread’ and see for yourself how I’ve grown by then.

Why I’m so certain of me gaining some by then; just out of old habits and having learned when to expect actual gains to come.

As in after a deacon break, then starting slowly for about a week or two just to ramp it up quite hard. It has never failed me in these past two years of me doing this and think it wont this time around neither as I already see and feel the signs of gains to come.

I’m gonna do my darn best to be 8 inches BPEL by then, a number I’d never ever thought I’d see my dick reach on any ruler since I started at 6.5 BPEL at best.

Not trying to sound jaded or cocky here it’s just that I’ve got this feeling this is gonna come true, just as it did with 7 inches and then 7.5 inches.

Edit; Yeah, forgot to mention that I too thought this did not work and at one point in time I was dead set on that the people on here were all swindlers!, as I too did not get any gains worth mentioning for my first 8 years of doing this.

But after starting up with a dedicated extending routine all of the sudden I’d gained over 1 inch in erect length, not to mention how much longer my flaccid penis had become too.

Point is, is was in disbelief as no ‘easy’ going routines ever worked for me and it was only after going HAM every session on whatever I did that the results came.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

You must be doing something wrong in your PE Routine.

For myself I’m a living proof that PE works as my Girth went since starting from 4.48 Inches to nearly 4.9 Inches and I’m nearing 5 Inches too while you are sitting thinking PE is bullshit.

My Length is increasing too I thought previously that why my dick is not increasing in length but it seems to me now that I didnt strech it with enough force before but now as I have Realized what was wrong .

I started streching with enough force and I’m seeing immediate increase in length while in flaccid and a little in Erect State.

I’ll chime in, I don’t know if this works or not, I’m just starting a week into my program and I’ve tried many programs before. The people on this site could be all full of shit or it could be a couple people using mutiple screen names. But I don’t pay any money, this site has been around forever, and people claim to be having results: To me it’s worth a try and we will see what happens. If I try and I stick to the guidelines and I see no growth, then I tried and I’ll move on. But if I try and it actually does work. My wife and I willl Be enjoying it for years to come
