If I’m doing the newbie routine, is it best to just do it every other day strictly, or could I do stretching sets more often and save the jelqs for then? I guess what I’m asking is, does stretching it tire it out like girth work? and also, what are you guys’ thoughts on newbies using an ADS?

I started the newbie routine about 2-3 days on, 1 day off, repeat. Also, I was stretching for about 10-15min followed by the same amount of time for jelqs, that was it and I had huge gains. In my opinion, save the ADS for a little bit down the road.


12/07 - Bpel 6.5"

3/08 - Bpel 7.5" / Eg 5.75"

2/09 - Bpel 8x6.5
