Naturally Thick - Best way to gain length only?

I’m naturally thick - 7.25” and would like to gain some length only.

Has anyone actually been successful with adding length only?

I tried pumping for about a year - using both high pressure and low pressure. Short sessions, long sessions, and super long sessions.

.25” gain in length was my max.. Whereas my girth increased by about .5” - so I stopped pumping. It’s difficult enough living with 7.25” ((NO such thing as an enjoyable quickie - even with lube!))

Anyhow, I’m not looking for theoretical instructions or links to medical articles. Has anyone just gained length and if so, what exactly did you do?
No, I don’t need pictures - just be truthful.

Pumping and jelqing are generally considered girth exercises as well as length exercises. Stretching and hanging are considered pure length exercises, although some do gain a small amount of girth from them. This is what I would recommend (and plan to do myself): Hanging with FIRe


Then again, I'm a virgin so anything I say might be completely incorrect.

There is a possibility that you were born with a though thick septum. In this case, Ultrasound therapy would change your life.

What are your thoughts regarding the BIB hanging system vs. The LG (vac style) systems?

Vac is harder to put on (bc you use tape to protect your glans) but you don’t have to take circulation breaks. Probably easier to apply heat to your dick, because it just attaches at the tip.

The convenience of heating is probably why most people use vac.

(Mind you this is just based on my reading, I haven’t started yet.)
