NBPFSL increased .75 inches

NBPFSL increased .75 inches

While doing stretches a minute ago I grabbed a ruler and discovered I have gained 3/4 of an inch in stretched length in the last 4-5 weeks that I began PE. Though, I have not yet measured an erection and agreed I wouldn’t until at least 4 months of putting work. Is this good that my penis has gotten more stretchable now? My erections also ache now, kind of in a good way, and it seems as if I can see the blood flowing through it better now than before.

I have figured out a better way for me to warm up:

I’ve been doing a set of JAI stretches each time I urinate and either right after I finish peeing or I’ll slap it against my leg a few times first. Well, doing that (the latter) never felt like I was sufficiently loosening things up. What I do now is use my index and middle fingers of both hands and push into the anterior pubic bone right above where the shaft exits the body. Then I just pull up rhythmically and sort of jerk and shake it around. After like ten or fifteen seconds if I’m doing it correctly my penis gets really soft and limber just as if I had warmed it with a rice sock or done moderate cardio exercise for 5-10 minutes.

It’s a good thing, for sure, but I’m always wary of any non bone-pressed measurement. Simple human error, or your body itself, can account for something as much as .25” in measurements.

You still need to warm up with heat, for tissue elasticity before any type of PE.

I haven’t, I never took bone-pressed measurements. I guess I am wary of eventually “depending” on BP measurements to the point where if I ever let my body go, I might end up losing inches of my dick without even realizing it. NBP measuring forces me to keep the rest of myself fit
