I think I will try the 6 month on the stretcher and then switch to girth if I have some decent results. If I’m getting length and girth from the stretcher I’d likely just stick that way for the long haul. So I guess this would mean I would retire the pump except for maybe occasions when I want a fatter penis?
What about jelqing with the stretcher? Is that a method to add into it? Or just do as you stay and stick with one method for a time?

I recommend the only 2 extenders I have. Both seems to be well built: Jes extender and Penimaster pro.
If you have a 8 hour of physical work, picking up heavy objects, it´s impossible that the extender will work properly.
But stick to it in the hours you are at home. If you could do 8 hours is the least i recommend.
When i did 12 hours a day, the lengthening ratio was 1 milimitre each 60 hour.
But when I did 9 hour a day it was 1 milimitre each 120 hour
Doing 5 hours a day, the ratio was 1 milimitre each 150 hours.
So under my data, despite other factors are important, seems like more hours day can impact the ratio of your lenthening, not just the total hours.
The suction ball system for extenders such as penimaster pro is no doubt far better under my experience. However it can create some other less painful slow-developing type of injuries like frenulum hardening or skin wear. That´s why I have both types of extender, and when my body start to reject one, i switch to the other and vice versa, to try stay consistent and let some areas heal while the extender routine continues.
Stay consistent. A noose type extender as main tool is too uncomfortable/painful for your kind of activity. I´d say penimaster 80% of the time, noose type extender 20% of the time, for healing periods
Despite being more painful, the noose type extenders are less damaging. kind healthier than the vacuum ones… They not necessarily cut bloodflow at all, but the vacuum ones are the ones you want to keep using on and on… are comfortable and create a good pleasant tug, and more hours lead to really better growth.
You wont get girth from the extender though. At least it´s totally negligible as far as I experienced.
About mixing techniques, I can only reply from my personal experience;
check my log. I compiled it in a graph for you.
It´s divided in A,B,C,D,E and F periods, different mixture of techniques being used in each period.
First you can see as I commented already, that increasing the number of extender hours-per-day have a positive impact.
But the marginal effect of adding other techniques to the soup, under my experience can be sumarized as follows:
Mixing extender with jelking didnt improve the lengthening process. Seemed to add no girth either. I probably had bad technique in jelq though.
Mixing few clamping sessions skyrocketed girth but hindered length maybe.
BIB hanger works. But i can´t pay the cost in injuries that comes with it… too dangerous.
So briefly:
Best result for length in the C period when i did nothing but extender 12 hours a day. Ratio of 60h/lengthmilimitre. GOOD
Best results for girth in the D period when doing hand stretches, clamp (1day on/2 day off), and few hours a day in the extender (3-4hours).
I added 1/4inch girth in a month with that routine and it has not been lost ever since.
Clamping sessions using specific technique i can explain later. I took it from another PE veteran.
Worst results for length in the B period when doing mostly jelq and 4 hours a day extender. The ratio of hours/lengthmilimitre went to 180h/mm : BAD
So by comparison, jelq did nothing or even damaged the kind of routine I had.
I want to tell you to go for the clamp directly cos you need the revenge, but I attribute (without any qualification) that fast girth progress to the preparation served by having gained 0.5cm of length previously.
