Hello,
I have been using a Hydromax for about 6 months with minimal results. Here are my starting stats:
5.125 NBPEL
4.5 mseg
3 FL
3.50 FG

After 6 months:
5.25 NBPEL
4.625 mseg
3.25 FL
3.75 FG

As you can see I’m quite short and skinny especially when flaccid. I have recently started with the newbie routine and have added in pumping after the routing (1 x 5 min 2x 7 minute session).

I am considering adding an extender to the mix for use about 4 hours per day. Not sure which to use but have been looking at the penimaster and the phallosian. Any suggestions?

I have also been seriously considering PMMA injection. Other forums speak highly of them but the information is all over the place so it is hard to find direct recommendations for a doctor in the NYC area (I’d assume there would be multiple). Does anyone have any experience or recommendations in this regard?

I have always been conscious of my penis size and my wife commented on how a thicker girth would feel much better overall so I am a bit depressed at this point. I know this part is on me but I know I’d feel much better not being so conscious of my short skinny penis. We took a European trip recently and I was very stressed out as I had to wear a speedo style suit at the pool (per the rules) and it really took away from the fun of the trip.

My idea goal would be a 6.5 NBPEL and 5.5 EG. Are these goals achievable? Obviously they would be with PMMA but if I don’t have to go that route, I’d rather use the $5k to $10k on something else.

Yes the goal is totally achievable but i would expect at least 2 year to have it fully achieved.

My advice is

First : Your penis is not small. It´s average. Perfectly the normal standard world penis. Nothing small about it.
Women fill their ego by setting up a inner desire to aim as average what is bigger than average.
So, in your shoes, I would set the goal of punishing your wife for making such a comment by giving her more than she expect.

Second: Discard PMMA. Your wife wont respect you more with a surgery augmentation but indeed will if your penis is really larger.
PMMA only gives you a fatty looking penis . Give your wife real thick hard penis, not fatty mushy one. You can totally add 1 inch in girth without injections. No discussion about it. It´s achievable.

Third: no “multimedia” kind of routine including several things that will mess with each other and will give you injuries and poor results.
As example. light pump can create some synergy with extenders, but aggressive pump session gives you such swollen shaft that the extender is mostly useless for some days after the pump session…

My 10months log using several techniques and mixing them, show aggressive girth work totally halted extender progress. It´s very clear in my log.
One way to mix girth and length work would be alternating 3 month length/3month girth, or 6/6, but mixing the techniques simultaneously is not gona work. I dont recommend it .

I recommend Focusing in extender only. buy good ones, You will spend 200-300 $, not 5-10k.
No phalosan. 4 hours will give you some results but you will be disappointed. In my exeprience, 4hour isnt enough. You need 8-12 hours for much better improvement.
One aspect of extender is that if you do 1-2 hours a day, the expected result is absorbed by the hours you are resting, the penis kind of retract and absorb the stress, for zero results. Those hours will count less than the hours you can spend continuously extending. As example 1 day 12 hour is much more effective (provided you stay consistent), than 12 days 1 hour. Same hours but more effective if you add the intensity factor by putting that 12 hours tension in a single day.
In order to achieve many hours, it´s best to use low tension that allow you to tolerate the sessions, starting with 400-500 grams, later progressing to 700-900 grams after some weeks, and stay there. My experience is better more hours than more tension.

you will progress in girth fast when your penis has gained 0.25-0,5 inches in length.

Then clamp will give you best girth results.

Do a new measurement bone pressed. Strict, standing. That will help a bit later.

Extender seemed to give me around 1 milimitre each 100 hours. That would be 1 inch in 2500-3000 hour.
Some people report 1 inch in 1500 hours but i think they may be privileged or have a very “PE virgin” penis.

If you do 8 hours a day, you will rack 240 a month. in 1 year you will have the length inch nearly guaranteed or very close to. by clamping You will progress lightning fast with your girth after that.

Thanks for the excellent response. I really didn’t want to go the pmma route but was considering it. Your feedback regarding a stretcher being able to help me makes me want to go that route. I am not sure I can commit to 8 hrs per day with my work as it is more physical than a typical desk job, I will be walking around a lot and picking up heavy items regularly.

Can you recommend a stretcher that is tried and true? Obviously one that is easily hidden and more comfortable? I believe the ones that attach with a suction on the head of the penis can take more activity than a strap type? The cost doesn’t bother me as long as the results are there.

I think I will try the 6 month on the stretcher and then switch to girth if I have some decent results. If I’m getting length and girth from the stretcher I’d likely just stick that way for the long haul. So I guess this would mean I would retire the pump except for maybe occasions when I want a fatter penis?

What about jelqing with the stretcher? Is that a method to add into it? Or just do as you stay and stick with one method for a time?

I recommend the only 2 extenders I have. Both seems to be well built: Jes extender and Penimaster pro.

If you have a 8 hour of physical work, picking up heavy objects, it´s impossible that the extender will work properly.
But stick to it in the hours you are at home. If you could do 8 hours is the least i recommend.

When i did 12 hours a day, the lengthening ratio was 1 milimitre each 60 hour.
But when I did 9 hour a day it was 1 milimitre each 120 hour
Doing 5 hours a day, the ratio was 1 milimitre each 150 hours.
So under my data, despite other factors are important, seems like more hours day can impact the ratio of your lenthening, not just the total hours.

The suction ball system for extenders such as penimaster pro is no doubt far better under my experience. However it can create some other less painful slow-developing type of injuries like frenulum hardening or skin wear. That´s why I have both types of extender, and when my body start to reject one, i switch to the other and vice versa, to try stay consistent and let some areas heal while the extender routine continues.
Stay consistent. A noose type extender as main tool is too uncomfortable/painful for your kind of activity. I´d say penimaster 80% of the time, noose type extender 20% of the time, for healing periods
Despite being more painful, the noose type extenders are less damaging. kind healthier than the vacuum ones… They not necessarily cut bloodflow at all, but the vacuum ones are the ones you want to keep using on and on… are comfortable and create a good pleasant tug, and more hours lead to really better growth.

You wont get girth from the extender though. At least it´s totally negligible as far as I experienced.

About mixing techniques, I can only reply from my personal experience;
check my log. I compiled it in a graph for you.

It´s divided in A,B,C,D,E and F periods, different mixture of techniques being used in each period.

First you can see as I commented already, that increasing the number of extender hours-per-day have a positive impact.
But the marginal effect of adding other techniques to the soup, under my experience can be sumarized as follows:

Mixing extender with jelking didnt improve the lengthening process. Seemed to add no girth either. I probably had bad technique in jelq though.
Mixing few clamping sessions skyrocketed girth but hindered length maybe.
BIB hanger works. But i can´t pay the cost in injuries that comes with it… too dangerous.

So briefly:
Best result for length in the C period when i did nothing but extender 12 hours a day. Ratio of 60h/lengthmilimitre. GOOD
Best results for girth in the D period when doing hand stretches, clamp (1day on/2 day off), and few hours a day in the extender (3-4hours).
I added 1/4inch girth in a month with that routine and it has not been lost ever since.
Clamping sessions using specific technique i can explain later. I took it from another PE veteran.

Worst results for length in the B period when doing mostly jelq and 4 hours a day extender. The ratio of hours/lengthmilimitre went to 180h/mm : BAD
So by comparison, jelq did nothing or even damaged the kind of routine I had.

I want to tell you to go for the clamp directly cos you need the revenge, but I attribute (without any qualification) that fast girth progress to the preparation served by having gained 0.5cm of length previously.
