Need advises about PE. Thank you.
I did a stretching/jelqing routine for about 20 days (about 5 of those we’re off days) with no results, I stopped doing it for personal reasons but now I will restart doing it.
In fact, I started 2 days ago.
I plan to do the following:
Warm up with hot water
10 minutes stretching
5 minutes jelqing
Warm down with hot water
3 series of 12 long kegels
Do you think that’s ok, considering I’m a newbie?
Also, how often should I do it? Everyday? 3 consecutive days and then 1 day off?
Please, give me some advises.
