Guys,

I’m a newbie to PE. I’ve tried to start a few times, but I essentially work two jobs and have a family too, so spending an extra 15-30 minutes in the shower hasn’t worked out.

I spend the majority of my day sitting at a desk.I would like to find a device I can use discretely while sitting there, yet be comfortable that I can get up without revealing anything ;) . I’d also like to know, based on your recommendation, if the device alone is enough or if I have to supplement it with other exercises. If so, is there a “busy man’s PE” out there? I am simply completely swamped.

You can try an ADS device. For example, the following thread has some information:

The AutoADS made by Monkeybar seems to satisfy your requirements for discreetness. Just do a search with keyword ADS and you’ll find lots of other threads too. That should give you some information to start with.

Thanks, but from what I read the AutoADS is simply just to supplement hanging efforts (I.e., prevent gains from receding).I need something that will *produce* gains :)

Auto-ADS, and similar devices, can lead to grow even if they are the only PE technique you use; the real problems are:

1. you can’t wear them under your job-wearing, at least if you don’t work as clown in a circus;
2. they require lot of time of use to see results (think about 1000 hours).

You could try the bennett8 routine:

You can also look up a thread by westsidetony for ADS inspiration. He did an ADS around 12 hours a day (maybe more), coupled with jelqing and stretching. He gained almost 2 inches in 5 months! I know you don’t have the time or space to jelq, but I think his length gains were from doing intense stretches, followed by the ADS all day to let his dick heal in that stretched state. Check it out.

Do o-bends, they work well. They only take 5 minutes and you can do them in the shower. Actually it’s better if you do them in the shower. For a description on how to do them type “my girlfriend said those lovely words” into an advanced search- click search titles only.

First do all your washing and rincing but make sure your penis is constantly under the water (the hotter the better) while you wash. This will act as your warm up. Then while your doing the actual o-bends do them under the water. This reduces injury big time so it makes the whole process more efficient. Start by doing it every other day and see how you go. for a while. If you make gains for a while and then they stop then you need to move up to two days on and one day off, and so on. If you notice your EQ getting worse over time or after a particular work out then you’ve gone to hard at and you need to stop to let it heal back to normal. Good luck.
