Need lenght routine
So in about a month ill be doing some more advanced exercises and was thinking about the routines ill be using.
For girth I will do : 2 x 10min clamping
10 x horses 440
15 min ulis
5-10 min high intensity jelqing
For lenght I will do : 15-20 min stretching
15 min jelqing at low erection
Is that enough for lenght ? Hows the girth routine look ? Should I do them seperatly
