Man you really sound like your trying to sell stuff or something, supplements are not needed that is for sure 100%. Like you literally don’t need supplements to gain size, even if they worked (which they don’t, I never ever ever ever ever ever seen any post where they worked).
I did cell signalling in university, and PGE-1 and its effects are and varied and not worth taking as you and everyone else has no idea if it will help growth.
The chemical PE ended up not working at all, if you read it all you would see. I think there is a warning on the whole thing that one of the guys was injured and that it doesn’t work. Just get as many erections as you can during the day to get the same effect. Keep your penis remembering its new size.

I was inspired by a User on here and I can’t remember his thread or name (would love to find him) but it helped shape a girth routine for me.. I will go back to it after my current stint with the hanger. Also I intend to make a thread detailing all of my PE experience but it will be some other day. So excuse if it seems lacking in details
He basically talked about how he was doing just clamping at a month at a time.. and how he would build up over the course of a month and then take maybe a week off (maybe less) and then go again. He claimed he was getting not only girth but some length too which makes sense to me as you increase total volume.. it could happen.
So my routine was an extension of that, I used pumping and clamping together and they really really complement each other. using 10 minute sets for 30min session and mixing it up the order pump, pump, clamp. or clamp, clamp, pump. some times just all clamp or pump for the whole session also clamping with my hand if I was ever watchng porn or getting an erection to keep the memory there. But over the course of the month you can build things up, maybe have a 4 ten minute sets or even 5. you can also increase the intensity of the exercise, but mainly the clamp…like almost secound clamping with your hand, or doing this but releasing and grabbing it again further up the shaft so you almost jelq it as you are clamping…(warning know you limitations if you try this) Also sometimes I would clamp with my hand (maybe you need good grip strength) and really playing around with pressures making the exercise dynamic. Something to note, as I couldn’t get the cable clamps people have in America her in Ireland I use a kind of broad shoe lace, and a thin sock for the pad. (I would have got cable clamps if it was an option).
Maybe this helps, or not but worth mentioning. Also the more erections you can get during the day the better…. oh and anther thing, when you clamp with the hand sometimes to increase intensity even more you can kegal blood in just before clamping down.
