Need some help with stretching routine.

Hi everyone on Thunders,I have been PEing for around 2 months now and have seen some moderate gains when it comes to length. I was 0.2 longer the last time I measured ( within the first month ). I haven’t measured this month,but will on the 23rd and I can feel that I have grown more so I’m looking forward to whacking the tape measure out.

I read up about the LOT theory and established that my LOT is 8.. I was just wondering what manual exercises are best for my LOT?

At the moment I am 1.Warming up for 10mins
2.Stretching for 10mins
3.Jelqing for 10mins

I have been doing this 2days on / 1 day off. Any replies would be much appreciated.

You seem to be doing well, what’s your concern :P

Yep! Gains are what counts, not theories. The LOT hypothesis isn’t believed reliable by most vets, anyway, so don’t worry about.

Hehe.I didnt look at it that way. Ill just carry on the way I’ve been doing so far. I just hope it’s another 0.2 gain when I measure!
