I didn’t get the topic idea clearly enough, but… I faced some EQ troubles last months due to hard physical exercises. I don’t consider myself porn-addict, my imagination quite wide and strong, so I often can masturbate/ ejaculate/ get boner from thoughts alone, but I watch it regularly. Differs much, sometimes it is 7/7 days of week, sometimes 3/7.
So, about porn-boner and deplete of woods. My physical exercises I’m sure during first month made bigger impact on EQ, than porn during my whole life xDD Also, 2 days ago was deadline day for me to check results from my trainings(not PE, actual physical exercises). So, due to weather also I reduced amount of exercises as a whole and my morning wood improved right after the day, when I watched 2-3 times different porns. Conversely, here I suppose porn improves morning boners. Never ever felt like I have worse EQ due to porn :/ as I never think of porn during sex, PE-exercises, masturbation or after waking up at 7 AM.
Also, real sex boosts my morning wood like x3-x5 times xDD so, it could be handy any time if anything happens!
