Need Uli jelq info please
Hi, it’s me the new guy again and I kept up my PEing.:) I just have a question about the uli jelqs. I heard they’re quite good and can give good length gains. How long should I do them? Also do I do them standing, sitting or laying Also I’ve noticed since jelqing that my skin when flaccid is a little loose. Here again is my regiment:
700 2 sec jelqs (toned the jelqs down a bit for now)
60 5 sec Blasters
V-Stretch
3 sets of 300 kegels (toned those down a bit too for now)
12min of Wrangeling (I’m experimenting with this)
