Needing help on PEing, jelqing tips, stretching etc.
I’ve been on the PE for 2 months and a few days, just found out about the newbie routine so I’m trying it out. I use the PE for approximately 6 hours a day but every 7th day I tend to just let my dick rest and recover. Just found out about Jelqing and streching so I jelq for about 10 minutes in the shower everyday. Jelqing seems to give me some crazy instant flaccid gains which makes me look like I have a huge cock(something I didn’t have 2 months ago)
However, I haven’t seen any full erect gains which I’m wondering, how long before I see these gains? What should I be doing to obtain full results? Should I start stretching, if so how? When Using the PE should I take it out every now and then and Jelq for 10 minutes then throw it back on?
