I’ve been following the newbie routine and finding that even the most minimal stretching leaves my unit feeling sore for a day or two afterwards. Jelqing is fine but I’m concerned because I am mostly after length. Definitely decreasing EQ as well. Has anyone had this same result? I wonder if I am just super sensitive and must build extra slow.

Take it slowly and build up. This is a marathon not a sprint.

Yeah, stretching does that sometimes. It’s common. I had the same issues.

Listen, try following the newbie without doing stretches in every session. Incorporate them only on days your penis feels up to the task.

You can gain length by jelqing, make sure to stay at safe erection level: 40 ~ 60%.

Bail manual stretches for 3 weeks (4 to be sure), maybe this is enough time to get conditioned for them.
