Hello everyone,

I have posted once before and while I appreciated those who responded, I need some current advice.

I bought the X4 extender a few months ago and was stoked to finally get the dream penis I’ve always wanted. Somewhere around 7.5-8 in length and 5.5-6 in girth. The only problem, I had no idea how tough it would be.

I’ve read a few posts and still need some time to get used to the lingo. Well I’ve got a lot of issues as of now. Let me start off. I have always been a beefy guy, played football and was in great shape. At my best shape, my EL was around 6.8-7in. My EG was around 4.7-4.9in. Sorry for the inaccuracies guys but I probably only measured around twice as I never felt the need to. I have always been a popular guy and always knew how to get the ladies. Although I was around average size, I always pleased the women I have been with. I broke many hearts back in my day. Not that it’s anything to be proud of. I never had an insecurity with my size. Then I lost my opportunity to continue with my football career. Within the next year I went from a rock solid 240 lbs to 325 in weight. Along with it came a fat pad and subsequent erection problems. I met my current girl and the first one I’ve ever fallen back for when I was around 265. The sex was incredible and she always wanted me. Then I kept gaining and gaining. She always seemed adequate with my size until I kept gaining weight and the problems ensued. So for the past year I’ve been with my girl, I’ve noticed she’s somewhat of a size queen. Throughout the past year I have had erection problems and like I said a fat pad. My adequate penis in my mind, now became inadequate. I’ve got a fat pad between 2-3 inches. I haven’t seen my penis fully erect in awhile. I measured it once after filling it with blood and it seemed to be around 6.5 in EL and 4.5 EG. However, I can never maintain a fully erect penis during sex anymore. Along with the fat pad and erection problems, my penis now looks tiny.

Now that I’m past the boring stuff, on to the present. As stated, I bought an X4 extender a few months ago. I have tried it around 5 separate and spread out days and every time I gave up. My penis is uncut and that seems to be the major problem with the extender. Also my fat pad makes it hard to keep on. Every time I put it on, it either hurts and cuts circulation within a few minutes or just slips off.

Guys I’m desperate and everything at this point helps. I would really appreciate if someone with actual gains and a similar story could help lead me through this.

I’m sorry to be the one to say it, but mate, you need to sort your body out first. You do realise that your penis is attached to your body… and if your body is not in good shape, you can’t really expect your penis to perform.

Even if you lost only 1” of that fat pad, you ‘d get another inch of penis… which is a lot easier than trying to stretch another inch out. Healthy body = healthy penis = better EQ = bigger penis :)

So, in my humble opinion, start doing some real exercise, eat health, throw that X4 thingy in the rubbish, start the newbie routine… which will make your chappy happy, and in turn, make your girlfriend happy too.

I bought an extender and never really used it, I’m uncut as well and I got say that I never really managed to get the head to hold on or it would hurt too much. Some guys here are probably going to tell you that it a great way to help with gains but I’m pretty sure most will agree that you need to start doing some PE exercises first, start with a newbie routine and then if you feel like it after a while ( weeks, months ) add devices to it.
That said I don’t think your problem is your dick size, clearly it never has been and shouldn’t be. All this is in your head, I would’ve killed to be happy with my dick size since day one ( I started about the same as you )! You said you had no problem with the ladies or them with you and that says it all.
If I may say so, you need to be more careful about your health/weight, that will definitely help with erection quality, sex quality in general and like you said there are 2-3 inch of dick to get out of it as well. Going from being young and very confident to maybe a bit less young and full of doubts is the worst ( trust me I know ) getting back in shape is going to take you less time ( but be at least as hard ) and you’ll get SO MUCH MORE than just a few inches out of it.
That said, if you really want to hop on this PE journey, there are some great stuff here, and some great guys, all you need to know about PE is probably here and if you ask me this may be a PE website but it’s mainly a place were guys just stick together and deal with there problems/insecurities.
I hope I haven’t offended you in anyway buy saying my thoughts.

I’m going to have to concur with thr other users and again add the idea that the guy you used to be is who you want. It never was about your penis. Reclaim the guy that was going to be a football star. Reclaim that body but more importantly reclaim that mindset.

You don’t need a bigger dick to sort the issues you face. Plus, the X4 takes a long time and isn’t comfortable at all. Being uncut makes that far more apparent from what I understand.

Regardless, your mental and emotional states aren’t going to be sorted with a bigger dick. Additionally, your body certainly needs attention over your dick now.

And let’s be real. 7x4.9” isn’t average. 7” length is plenty big and there’s a long list of guys here right now who’d kill for your size. Then 4.9” girth is average but not small at all. Getting bigger is a personal choice but as long as it takes, your body would offer more and more solid results much faster. Especially to someone who knows how to exercise and build muscle like an athlete like yourself does.

Be the guy you want. If you lose the weight and reclaim that power of mind and still want a bigger dick, we will be here for you.

Listen mate, you never had problems with the ladies cause your penis was not average. It was big. Not too big, but big. 7x4.9 is BIG. 5.5-6x 4.5-4.7 is average. Are we cool? Good.

1. Get in shape. Just do it. There is nothing more to it. Do it.It’s a simple decision followed by very specific acts.
2. Start jelqing. Only. At his point you need EQ. Forget size. The goal here is to be able to maintain an erection through sexual activities.
3. At this point do not stretch or hang or use extenders. These exercises are very effective but they seem to affect erection quality. You don’t need that. For now.

Three steps for you to follow. Go for it. That’s my opinion. Cheers.

Just talking athlete to athlete (I played div I and minor league hockey).
Us hockey players always looked up to you football guys for your amazing ability to gain muscle way better then most of us could. Dang I envied that about ya’ll, I busted my arse everyday for months and months to gain 3-5 extra pounds of muscle.

Anyway, you know the above advise is spot on. The good news is, you have a proven track record that you know and your body knows how to get back in shape and the best part, in no time you will enjoy the time spent back in the gym, it is what we do.

Based on your post, this isn’t the two minute warning but it is the second half.. Time to suck it up and do what you know has to be done and once that is going, the guys hear are experts to help with the other stuff.

Thanks a lot Skygod for your advice. I truly appreciate it. You’re completely right and although I am losing weight, I still want to gain size. I definitely notice the huge difference from now and before but even in my best shape I still always subconsciously felt I could be bigger. Especially on the girth end. What would you recommend?

Hello Picodon, thank you for your response. Yeah I’ve always been happy with my size but I think it also had to do with being in great shape being a decent looking guy. So it makes me wonder if the girls were more sexually attracted to my looks and body as opposed to my actual penis size. This is for me now. I want to start my PE journey. So you’re also uncut? If so, can you inform me on your tactics used and your gains? I’d like to gain an inch or so and be about 8 inches long and gain girth to be around 5.5-6.

You’re right, I’ve gotten to the point to where I don’t even know who I am anymore. I am on the right track to finding myself again but now after seeing the responses from you guys and knowing it’s possible. I definitely want a bigger dick now. It’s been a while since I truly feel my girl has been satisfied with my size. I want to go above and beyond and be able to surprise her with a nice big schlong. I know I was a bit above average but now I want to put in hard work to get the size I’ve always secretly wanted. I can see your gains on your signature and would love to pick your brains on what truly works.

Yeah I’ve always been satisfied with my size but subconsciously always wanted the perfect size which in my opinion is about 8 EL and 6 EG.
I’m on my way to getting back to a healthy lifestyle. Just got past Thanksgiving and did admirably if I may say so. I normally eat 8-9k calories a day and I’ve been reducing that slowly but surely. I’ve literally never PE’d before so don’t know how to JELQ or anything like that. I’m definitely going to be a sponge to all of you who have had great success stories. So devices further impair EQ?

I usually don’t recommend NOT PEing but in your case I suggest you completely avoid PE and concentrate on what you need: training for a competition.

I used to be a football player. I was very talented and gifted. 6’3”, 225 lbs and pressed 350 lbs in high school. Shoulder and back injury took me out and I never got back into it again. When you don’t compete, you gain fat weight. It’s what you do. Get yourself back into competing. It doesn’t matter what it is, just do it. It is who you are. Some people thrive on competition and will do what it takes to get there: bulking, cutting, power lifting, cardio, signing up for competitions, etc. This is what you need. After you are happy with your body and your life, start PEing.
