New approacher to PE with some questions
Hello everyone! I’m totally new to PE but have been exploring the field for like a month now.. I’d like to start my “training” but before I do I need to ask some questions.
The first one is about measurements: the point is when I try to measure my penis I notice that its BPEL changes depending on its position. That is, it’s longer if perfectly orthogonal to the belly, slightly shorter if sloped (positively or negatively). So the question is which slope I should use in measurements. And furthermore I knew that penis EL may vary on a daily basis, depending on many variables. How do I know my potential gains measurements are genuine and not generated by these variations?
Next one is about techniques: I tried some jelqing and stretches and I’m not sure about the aim of these techniques.
Like, the jelq’s objective is to pump the blood in the shaft up to the glans, right? How can this pumping accomplish gains in length and girth of the erected penis? Plus, when I do the jelq (I like a palm down grip, is that ok?) how much strength should I put in the grip? I guessed by trying that I should avoid that feeling like the glans is going to explode, but I wanted to ask nevertheless. Finally, I’m looking for tips on how to deal with the penis skin, since I’m not circumcised: during both the jelqs and the stretches, it’s simply in the way. For this reason, during the jelq I actually can’t make one jelq follow the other without manually retract the skin, and the moment I do the retraction I reckon most of the accumulated blood goes away.
For what concerns the stretches, I read that I should take the ok grip under the glans and stretch with the grip narrow just so that the glans wouldn’t let it escape. The problem here is that it hurts me the force exerted by the grip onto the base of the glans. Maybe it’s because I’m not circumcised and so I’m not used to pressures or rubbings on it, but I need an alternative way. As a workaround, I made the grip at mid shaft or a little under and so the accumulated skin softened the force on the glans. If it’s ok, I can continue this way, but I wanted to ask first.
Next is a simple question about warm up: is it so necessary or it’s just “better” to avoid injuries? I’m asking not because I don’t want to spend time warming up things, but just because since I live with my family yet, I often have to find short bits of time (for example during a shower) to do PE and 10 mins (5 at start and 5 at the end) for warm up is quite a big slice of time I don’t think I can sort out all the times. Can I go with shower warming or with less time? Or should I definitely dedicate the right time to warm up?
Finally, I want to ask a question I read about to be quite controversial: masturbation, before or after? I read of people which said that after masturbation it’s great to do PE because the tissues were like more elastic or prone to stretch. But I read others (and even here in the FAQ, if I remember correctly) saying that it is better to fap after as a reward and not to risk to lose the erection potential. I tried both and maybe I think that in my case it’s better to fap before, because if not it’s difficult for me not to get too much erect during jelqs and stretches. But again, I just wanted to ask.
Edit: A very last question i forgot about before. Can i reach 2” length gains with only manual exercises? I mean with no pumps or other “hardware” to buy…
