Hello there! I’m new around and getting into the whole PE thing and wanted some advice as a beginner. And just to clarify, I understand the risk to doing these sorts of exercises and I’m prepared to take it as slowly and cautiously as need be. I’m looking for advice on where to begin, what you personally believe to be the most effective/ convenient methods of PE, and your own personal experience when it comes to PE.
Currently Monday through Friday I got to work around 10 o’clock so I have plenty of time for a routine in the mornings, and since l don’t officially know how to get all the measurements of my penis, l’ll just give my length which is about 4 inches. I’m mostly just doing this for my own gratification and pleasure and personally want to see how much length and girth I can add to my penis. I’ve also been thinking that pumps, stretchers and hangers can be a viable option for me later on, so if someone can link me to some good ones at a decent price it would be much appreciated.

Welcome to Thunders and best of luck with your PE efforts. For new members we recommend starting with the “newbie” routine. There are multiple benefits from using it, including getting your dick conditioned to the new world of PE and which should help with reducing the chance of injury. It is also very important to get good measurements. If you dont know where you started, you wont know if you have made any gains. We also recommend taking pictures at the start. You do not need to post them- they are strictly for your reference as you progress. Note that some guys do post pics while many do not. Personal preference.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’d like to add that keeping a record of your PE work is a good idea; look back at it when you’re doing regular measurements, and you’ll know how effective your work is. We have a nice web app here on the forum, but a plain text file on your computer or even a spiral notebook will work.

It’s also a good time to look at your general physical fitness and nutrition. Many guys fixate on penis size and ignore overall health.

Hi - I would definitely look at buying/wearing an extender of some sort… that’s all I did for about the first year and a half, and I got some decent gains. Good luck! 👍

How many hours did you extend per day? Vacuum or other type of extender?

It’s a noose extender (the Quick Extender Pro)… about 6 hours a day for the first year. Now I usually do around 4 hours a day, but at a tighter stretch.
