New Guy Looking To Grow

So, this is all great information. I am very new to this, age 33 BPEL 5” 5 MSEG 5”. My goal is a 7”5 NBPEL length, and 6”2 girth.

My question is, can I just go straight to the PenisMaster Pro, or should I start with manual exercises for a couple of months?

The more experienced gainers, what would you advice? It would be amazing if I could get to 6”5 by the end of the year (fingers crossed).

I work from home, have all the privacy, can afford a few tools if wisdom so directs me.

Also, is there a combination of traction device and manual exercises you would recommend for quicker gains?

So I saw most if not all my gains a couple years ago before I knew much about PE.

I used an ADS, same one I am currently using again two years later.

I think I used my ADS four days on three days off for a year or so at 8-10 hours per day.

Then I discovered foreskin recovery and had done that for a two years. I believe I kept my gains because I was still using daily tension, albeit for different reasons. Haha.

Anyways, now I am doing the same four days ADS for 8-10 hours. And adding JELQING, massaging, stretching and soon: pumping.

Overall, I think the ADS and VLC Tugger are why I had those gains. Now that I have discovered this community and wealth of knowledge I am sure things will keep growing haha.

I should add that whether using the ADS or VLCTugger I did so with religious devotion and strict routine. So I am sure that helped a lot hahaha.

Add heat. Seriously. Add a FIR pad to your first 30-60 of your extending workout.

Shouldn’t be problem skipping the newbie routine since I’m not a fan of the newbie routine.

Good luck. Working remotely and having privacy is the most valuable asset in this game IMO. PE is just sooo much easier when you can wear a pair of loose fitting shorts all day long and not have to worry about concealing these crazy contraptions out in public lol. That all still works, just so much easier being at home. Slow and steady wins this race! Don’t let yourself get overly excited and push the limit past what you’re conditioned for. I’ve made that mistake way too many times and it always results in a setback for a couple weeks.

Whatever you decide to do… use heat. It’ll be the difference in gaining none to having the bull cock you want.

Crimsonwarrior what would you suggested as the best course of action for a beginner?

Like is there a way to combine everything to get the best of both worlds? Like how to hang, exercise, and use an extender simultaneously?

I have the time, privacy, and drive.. Plus a few bucks to spare.

I just need to not make mistakes I could easily avoid just by listening to the vets.

Also, I would hate to delay gains over something I could have learned from the group

5.5 —> 7.9 in one calendar year. Jan ‘21 thru Dec ‘21.

You gained 2.5 inches!? Guy you have my ideal stats! How long did it take, and what were your main methods?
Starting to really see value in PE now that I’m making noticeable gains

For a beginner I would recommend reading the log and following the advice of 5.5 squared and longerstretch.
There is no best of both worlds without injury. You can use a cock ring for morning wood without injury if you get the right size for your girth but i highly advise you to not pump or clamp during a hanging routine.
I would only invest in a vac hanger, heating pad, and a cock ring. All the girth gains from clamping or pumping are temporary unless you plan on doing it for a couple years then you may gain half to 1 inch depending on your starting size.
Most important things ive learned are using heat, listening to your unit or PI, the importance of decons to avoid injury, being patient or learning to curb your enthusiasm when you do gain, and less is more.
