New Guy Questions.
So I have been a lurker here and other PE sites. Needless to say I tried a program variation of JP’s. I must say I don’t like feeling at all of jelqing, I have tried different variations and they don’t feel good/right. Stretching I haven’t a issue with it feels fine/ almost good.
So here are my questions
1. I have seen some people gain length from just stretching, this is what I mainly care about anyways. My current routine is stretch for 6-8 mins in the shower. If you did only stretching how long did your sessions last and how much did you gain?
2. Extenders, I seem to be able to see them when I wasn’t a member some of the homemade ones now when I search I cannot find them at all.
3.stretching gains permanent? If you did only stretching was it permanent? How long did you stretch only for?
Finally my goals are simple I just want to gain 1/2 inch in length and if I get some girth that’s cool.
Initial stats 5 1/2 EL, BPEL 6, EG 4 1/2.
