So I have been a lurker here and other PE sites. Needless to say I tried a program variation of JP’s. I must say I don’t like feeling at all of jelqing, I have tried different variations and they don’t feel good/right. Stretching I haven’t a issue with it feels fine/ almost good.

So here are my questions

1. I have seen some people gain length from just stretching, this is what I mainly care about anyways. My current routine is stretch for 6-8 mins in the shower. If you did only stretching how long did your sessions last and how much did you gain?

2. Extenders, I seem to be able to see them when I wasn’t a member some of the homemade ones now when I search I cannot find them at all.

3.stretching gains permanent? If you did only stretching was it permanent? How long did you stretch only for?

Finally my goals are simple I just want to gain 1/2 inch in length and if I get some girth that’s cool.

Initial stats 5 1/2 EL, BPEL 6, EG 4 1/2.

Stretching is much butter for length than jelq. There is good home made extender thread here:

Homemade Extender the Darknight

How fast you can gain depends individually. But you shouldn’t rush, because you can overdo. So look at your feelings and check EQ to see if you do right amount. For example, i got first 1/2 inch gain in barely few months. And nothing in girth area.

Welcome! Our starting stats are almost identical. I took a very long break after doing manual stretches for a few months and the length gains I made seemed to last. I did lose a little bit of the girth gains. I love doing manual stretches in the shower. Eventually, you may find that you’d like to stretch for longer than you want to stand in the shower or run your water for, and then you can continue after you end the shower, or instead stretch near a space heater or infrared heat lamp. How long did you strech per session? I’m thinking the 6-8mins and doing another shorter session like 3 mins.

Hi I also have similar stats, yet to make any significant gains but id say dont completely get rid of jelqs, i hate the feeling of them, almost an achy pressure type however the flaccid hang i have these days is much larger in my opinion due to jelqs.


Current BPEL - 6.1 Inches

Goal BPEL - 7 1/2 inches

Girth is of no issue at the moment, one goal at a time!

Hi Panzer. My stretch sessions have varied over the months of my PE. I believe I started with a total of 5 minutes or less (10 stretches at 20-30 seconds each). I have gone up to 10+ minutes overall with manual stretches.

Recently, I was stretching about 6+ minutes. I think I’ve plateaued, so am adding some manual A and V stretches. For your first few months, you won’t need to bother with those, just the standard manual stretches.

I think what’s most important is not the clock, but how you feel in the stretch. Less is definitely more at first. It takes a while to get the feel of what’s going on, like feeling the difference between stretching skin and stretching ligs. I start my stretching session with an easy stretch, and then intensify after that.

When I started, I wanted to think of this as a project that would take a few months or a year. I’ve come to realize this is something that the successful guys measure in years of effort. There is no rush.

That’s how I have been going about it, I started with 30 sec holds left and right and up and down. Then went to 45 sec L,R,Up,D for 3 sets. I take it I really shouldn’t bother with a stretcher yet then?
