New hanger here
I have had a Bib for about a year now. I finally have the free and personal time to use it. I am logging everything in word pad and so far have done this (Pasted below). I am wanting to grow my glands and length and later work on girth I dropped to 2.5 lbs from 5 lbs to get more time under tension. I am unsure at this point when to know to go up in weight from the 2.5 lbs though. I want to ride out all the gains I can achieve from one weight before adding more. Any help and advice is appreciated.
