New here, wondering how my routine is.
Hey guys, I have been browsing these forums for a while now (not registered), and have learned a lot of really interesting stuff. During this time i have tried to formulate a good routine where i can gain in all areas. I am currently 5.45EL and 4.4EG. I am not displeased with myself however, i was born with what i was born with and thats that. I am simply looking to add size for cosmetics and to increase my power in the bed. I have actually read a lot of inspirational threads on here. One side note, i do bodybuild and am hoping that it have some beneficial effects on my PEing. I am currently 18yo. Anyhow, the routine i was planning on doing is as followed:
Warm-up - rice sock 5 min
7 minutes manual stretching, all directions
10-15 minutes of wet jelqs
Warm-up rice sock or shower
Now, i was thinking of doing ADS or the velcro wristband thing. Would anyone recommend doing this in addition to my current routine? And, would anyone recommed that i make and additions/modifications to my routine. Any small pointers would usefull.
