Hello guys!

I just joined this forum and after reading a bunch of threads I decided to try it out myself and see if something happens.

My BPEL is 5.1 x 4.8 so naturally I need more.
I’m 30 and have had plenty of women and I am married at the moment. Never had any complaints and wife is pretty happy. So this is more for myself really because who doesn’t want a bigger dick?

I started of with Newbie Routine this week and after first 2 days I have lost my morning wood completely. It seems that my penis is filled with blood but its not hard, however my erections have gotten so much stronger and very easy to maintain. Very happy about this. I feel like I’m 20 again, and this alone is a benefit for me. But my morning wood? Any idea what happened there?

I also stopped manual stretching for now because it feels bad and my dick just turtles in afterwards.

Also tried dry jelq and to be honest it appears to be much better than wet version.. It just feels like more blood is flowing and its easier for me to maintain the erection level. Wet jelqing makes my 80% erection go down to 30% in just 5 strokes and its slowing me down with all the corrections I have to make. Would you guys advise wet or dry jelq?
I am also interested in hydro pumping and want to purchase a Bathmate pump to combine with jelqing for better results.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Welcome aboard. If you’re losing morning wood it’s likely your using too much force or the duration of your routine is too long. Remember the newbie routine is a guideline on where to begin. Modify it as needed.

I would advise holding off on any devices until your newbie gains cease or at least until you have a better idea of how to jelq and learn more about what “your” penis can tolerate.

Look at a conventional cylinder and hand pump with a gauge. If and when you delve into pumping. It offers repeatable results unlike the Bathmate.

Reading your post, it seems clear to me that you don’t need more, you just want more. So do we all.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’m really sorry I messed this up. Non bone pressed is 5.1 and BP is 6.1.

Thank you. This is very possible that I’m using too much force. My routine is 10 to 15 minutes of jelqing. And that’s why I tried the dry jelq because wet doesn’t seem to work for me.

You are talking about the classic air pumps right? I am completely new to all this but have read plenty of stuff on this forum and have thought of getting a hydro pump because I have seen so much positive stuff about it. Thank you for advice.

Thank you. While aware I do not need more, I still fail in same traps as other men. Besides there are far bigger penises on this forum being enlarged daily :-)

You have been given solid advice. The newbie routine is an excellent way to safely acclimate to PE.

Bathmate is fine, but restrictive in that you need water and eventually limiting in that it doesn’t have a gauge. I also started with a Bathmate and here I have been using my air system regularly for years. The Bathmate might get dusted off at some point this year, maybe once, or maybe next year, maybe not…

If you are using a strap or noose style ADS don’t go longer than 60 minutes before unstrapping, we do this to allow our glans to regain circulation for five to ten minutes. Generally, it’s nearly impossible to wear it to the point of damage because our glans are screaming at us “let me breathe!” long before any damage can be done, but if in doubt, 60 minutes and no more before a short rest cycle.

Thank you for advice. I am just jelqing and stretching manually at the moment. This is the end of my first week. No ADS yet but I had made one with stretching bandages for my gym and belt around the thighs, inspired by some works I have seen here. Wore it for like an hour today and it felt weird cause my glans was really red and seemed engorged with blood. My penis did hang lower for awhile after that. It was just a test anyway.

My plan would be to do the newbie routine for a month and then do some more manual exercises for a month or 2 and only then get a all day penis extender instead of manual stretching. Perhaps even the pump but Ill see how this goes first. First week ended and I am happy about my EQ. Wife has noticed the change and asked about it. I told her it was just some erectile exercises I started doing. Can’t tell her about PE stuff yet lol. Kinda embarrassing since she dislikes if I am being insecure about anything :-)

I love the fact you are aware that you are doing this for yourself.

Loss of morning wood could be over training I’ve noticed stretching causes this more than jelqing unless your jelqing with a lot of force.
