I am new to PE and I have started the routine. I want to gain 3 or 5 cm in length and 2 or 3 cm in girth (now my penis is 13 cm BPEL and 10 cm girth). Does anyone knows how long that takes or howmuch time I have to spend daily?

I’am from Holland, so it is possible that there is an error in spelling.

Hi Armani! Welcome to the forum. Your English is fine, although I’m not sure you share the same cultural meaning of :down: as most of us do :)

Your goals for length and girth are realistic if you commit to a consistent long-term PE program. Typically it takes guys 6-18 months to gain 3 cm length, but there are some who fall well outside this range — faster and slower. Likewise for 2 cm girth.

The amount of time you have to put in each day to make your gains also varies a lot from guy to guy. You might get away with a half-hour “newbie” style program of stretching and jelqing, or you may have to resort to a couple hours of hanging a day to reach your goals. Many guys find an ADS (all-day stretcher) to be helpful: it applies mild force throughout the day and seems to facilitate the gains you make through other forms of PE.

Hello armani,

As you have already started PEing, it means that you believe in PE, which always works! So never worry about how long it takes to reach your goal :) Why did I say that? Well, because PEers are different.
Your proper routine, your consistency and your motivation are the key to succeed.

2 cm in length is not much, I think you’ll get it easily in three months (just guessing, but I’ve gained in length almost an inch for the first month I started PEIng :D ) Girth will need a little more time. Just keep on jelqing and get your penis well conditioned with the newbie routine before jumping to something more advance. And trust me, NEWBIE ROUTINE gives you gain! Don’t be rush to go get your penis injured :D

Hi armani,

Many guys love Monty’s PE Weights. You can try running a Search to find out more about them. They will work better if you spend a lot of time standing. If you spend most of the day seated, a simple traction wrap (again, try searching) should work equally well.

Also, one of our members here, Monkeybar, is developing a new ADS system, not yet released.
