New member
Hi All,
New guy here from Australia.
I’ve been reading through the forum for the past few days and have to say its a wealth of information.
I’ve never tried any PE in the past so I’m going to start with the newbie routine.
I’ve noticed people mention “newbie gains” quite a bit so my question is, I know there is no exact amount, but what sort of time frame if sticking to the newbie routine are we talking about for “newbie gains”?
To put another way, if you started with the newbie routine and followed it perfectly after how many months, roughly on average, would you say it would take to achieve the end of the newbie gains? On average what amount would the newbie gains be? Or rather what is a rough realistic expectation for newbie gains?
To help with the above my no PE, natural current size is;
BPEL 7.75” MFTT (Measured From The Top)
MSEG 5.5”
I’ve taken these measurements several times over the past few days to ensure accuracy.
I’m also on an overall fitness increase hitting the treadmill and gym several times a week, I’ve lost 10kg in the past 6 months (unhealthy work diet over the last 7 years)
Currently I’m around 85kg, I’m also 6ft2/32years old for reference.
Hopefully with the work I want to put into getting a six pack it will reduce the fat pad a little more. I’ll also take a NBPEL measurement over the next couple days now that I think about it so I can keep track.
What I would like to try and achieve initially is;
BPEL 8.75”
MSEG 6”
So an increase of 1” x .5” which given the fantastic results of many members here seems somewhat realistic for me, I hope.
For fun, dream stats would be;
BPEL 9.5”
MSEG 6.25”
Increase of 1.75”x .75” over my starting current size which in itself doesn’t seem too unrealistic in the long run, perhaps.
Cheers guys :)
