New Method?
So I tried to make this shorter but there are a few things I would like to cover so bear with me.
Background Context / Use Case
Since I started my PE or, in an even broader sense, penile health journey; I have been a strong backer on blood-flow. In my experience, and theories, good blood-flow is one of the, if not the most, important rolls in penile health. I know Im not alone in this, as the most common “basics” of PE and repeated “areas of importance” for users on TP almost always incorporate positive blood-flow. EQ, heat, supplements that increase cardiovascular health, and ect.
I don’t bring this up to say that this is a revolutionary or profound observation, rather to signify the importance of it. In short this has always been the primary focus of mine for PE. It’s lead me to changing and doing specific things in my own routine, including edging. Time and time again the topic of masturbation or ejaculation has come up in conjunction with PE, users speculating the theoretical positive and negatives. For me, masturbation(or sex) is a positive. As it forces blood-flow in its most natural state. By proxy of this Ive learned over the years to edge without ejaculation for days, sometimes weeks even, at a time.
The benefit (that I propose) being, that I can have and maintain an erection multiple times through out the day, every day. Erections that lasting anywhere from 10 minutes to upwards of an hour at a time, depending on the time I spend. Now granted after about 15ish minutes it’s natural for an erection to subside for a minute or two, to recirculate blood during longer sessions, but the point still stands. Now for some anecdotal evidence; while Ive more or less been sporadic about my PE routine, i’ve constantly been edging since I first discovered it for…. lets just say a long time. And while I might just be genetically lucky or thats its due to other factors such as physical exercise or diet, i’ve never had an issue with EQ. It’s one of the main things I get comments on in fact, and in my mind at least edging is a form of exercise at this point for me.
Now for the kicker. Edging is NOT the “new exercise”. I think more than enough people have heard of it or do it, and I can safely say Im not the first one to do it. However, its a core piece of what Ive started doing, and i felt it was necessary to discuss why that is.
The Method
But the items needed are:
1. Cock ring
( I use a thick metal one, as anything that stretches will not work for this. Also helps if its a size larger than you would normally use)
2. A long string
( Should be thick and flat, think shoelace or even thicker. I use a long cotton ribbon that was tied around a blanket when it was purchased.)
3. Small Clips
( Literally could be anything, I use those small plastic clips for chip bags)
4. Vibrator
( Stronger the better here. And i suppose its not necessary, but you will see why I suggest having one below)
Now using the attached image as a guide. The first step is tie the string to the cock ring, using a cow hitch knot. This is point A in the picture, this should leave you two long extensions of the string. Then put the ring on. Next take each string down between your legs, each one will go on either side of your jewels respectively. The wrap the string behind your leg and arounds towards you hip (this is the grey line). Once its wrapped around you will the feed the ends of the string back through the cock ring (point C) and then back over itself. Now there should be 3 areas where the string is “secured” to the cock ring, forming a triangle around the ring. Now for the last step (point D), if you take either loose end of string and pull away from the ring, you will notice the ring winches itself down onto you as you pull the sting tighter. Then taking a clip you can secure the string in place by clamping it to the piece of string below that was fed into the ring. After you have done both sides, you can spend some time either tightening or loosing them as needed. So again essentially, you winch the ring deeper and further down the base of your shaft using the string, once tight you can clamp it into place so it stays. This is why I suggest a thicker flat string, as I could imagine a small string with less surface area would hurt like a bitch.
Essentially what this creates is a cock ring that doesn’t just death grip around the base of your dick. Rather a ring that pushes deep towards the inner penile tissue exposing more of your member. Its honestly very difficult to explain the feeling here, not only do you have a cock ring on that helps keep blood-flow, but it should also be much further down the base your dick (a good 1-2 inches). It also has an additional effect, at least for me, that pulls the skin of my shaft down towards the base. This is again (for me) seems extremely beneficial, as it essentially stretches the skin as well as the chord that runs from the frenulum down the shaft. When fully erect, it feels like you cock is going to burst out of your skin.
Now this last step is where I suggest a vibrator, although hands work just fine. Basically once the ring is tightly secure you just edge, for me at least I become 10x more sensitive when I pull my skin back like this. I use the vibrator and target as low on the shaft as I can, specifically the area that is exposed which normally would not be. When you start edging you will obviously get hard. Causing it to feel like the skin and chord are stretching even more and more, as well as the internal stretch that goes much deeper than a normal erection. The great part about the vibrator and the extra sensitivity is, I can easily do this for about an hour staying at no less than 90% erection the entire time, essentially stretching internally and externally the entire time. The internal stretch feels extremely similar to using a pump or a clamp.
Conclusion
Ultimately I will be honest in that, I’m not sure if this is beneficial for PE; I will continue to do it and measure occasionally. Im not sure how much it can positively affect penile health, as I don’t have an EQ issue; but if for what ever reason it worsens I will report so. What I can say however, is that it does leave my flaccid hang extremely plump afterwords. About the same feeling and time-frame as pumping does, minus edema. Ive noticed the last few sessions some skin is “tearing”, not in a bad way or that of an injury. Rather when Im erect, I can clearly see a change of skin tone that wraps around my member near my shaft, that looks much thinner and is much softer ( I also make sure to apply a Vitamin E, collagen oil after), which suggest to me that my shaft is indeed being stretched. The chord also seems to reach further down my shaft than it did before when stretched. I understand that all of these points are fairly subjective, but I still felt that it would be worth while to share, and perhaps I will start recording a few more points of data over the coming months to see if I can find any objective truth to this. I think measuring my length while stretching would be good perhaps.
If you’re skeptical of what Im suggesting you can try this. Next time you’re jelqing or jerking off, get to 100% erection. And much like a jelq, make an OK sign with your hand. However instead of starting at the base and pulling up towards your head do the reverse. Start just below the head and pull back towards your body, going as far back as you can. Im talking like deep, like following your penile tissue towards the “inner tissue” area if you can. You should feel the stretching I’m talking about. The skin, the chord, everything. You should also feel the pressure that builds up internally in your member.
