Hello to all,

I have finally made the decision to start a routine but I am unsure which one to start.

I came across a post by J123 linear routine. Does anyone have any experience with this routine?

In a sense, I’ve been doing J123’s program in that I’ve been doing the Thunder’s Place newbie routine, but adding a bit of stretching and jelqing every other training day. In essence, the same thing if I remember the program well enough.

Long story short, you don’t need to do a lot to gain a lot in the early period it seems. J’s program is a good place to start, in my opinion.
