New plateau breaking routine

New plateau breaking routine

Gained a bit over 0.5 inch length from manual stretching but now haven’t had any gains in months. Think I may have exhausted my lig gains.
Want to start hanging and adding some tunica angles. Below is my intended routine. Does it look good? Is it too many angles (3). Is it not enough BTC?

BTC weight starts at about 15 lbs.

Any pointers would be good. Cheers.

Everyday if possible.

Morning
1 x 20 mins BTC

Evening
2 x 20 mins BTC
1 x 20 mins OTS
1 x 20 mins fulcrum A (2.25 inch broom handle)


Started - 7 inch BPEL / 4.5 inch EG

Current - 7.5 inch BPEL / 5 inch EG

Goal - 8.5 inch BPEL / 6 inch EG

What did you do to get the 0.5” girth gain?


Current: 7.5 BPEL, 6 BEG, 5.5 MSEG, 5 NBPFL, 5 FG, 8.25 BPFSL

Long term goal: 8 BPEL, 6 BEG, 6 MSEG, 5.5 NBPFL, 5 FG

I started doing the newbie routine. 10 min manual stretching and 30 mins wet jelqing. 2 on 1 off.
I’ve done some clamping as well. 1 on 1 off. 1-3 x 10 min sets.
But I think I got the majority of it from jelqing (and a little bit of kegeling).

In about 3-4 months I would guess.
