New Routine After Decon Break
Hey guys im at week 5 of my first decon break wanting to start a new routine. If anybody with some experience could comment on this i would appreciate it
Morning-
- warm up
- basic stretches
- 2-3 sets of jai stretches
- 6 min 3 segmented A stretch
- extender 4 hours
- warming and cooling throughout
Evening-
-Warm up
-5 min bundled stretch
-10 min jelqing
-warm down
In a 1 on 1 off schedule for first 2 weeks or so then up to 2 on 1 off schedule and maybe increase from there
I was uncertain if maybe the stretching could possibly be too much just coming back from decon
