New Routine Suggestions
My story is a little different than most. I began with an extender and no manual exercises and have gained about a half inch in BPEL. Currently I do manual exercises and then wear my extender for 3-4 hours and have been doing so for 2 months.
In about a month I will have to switch to a new routine because I won’t have the privacy to wear an extender anymore. I am looking into an ADS device that can be concealed under clothing but first I would like to try only manual exercises and see if that will work for me.
However, my question for vets especially is how should I structure my new routine? Should I follow something like the newbie routine with longer stretch times or something completely different? Kind of worried for the future as I really want to keep gaining.
