New Routine Suggestions

My story is a little different than most. I began with an extender and no manual exercises and have gained about a half inch in BPEL. Currently I do manual exercises and then wear my extender for 3-4 hours and have been doing so for 2 months.

In about a month I will have to switch to a new routine because I won’t have the privacy to wear an extender anymore. I am looking into an ADS device that can be concealed under clothing but first I would like to try only manual exercises and see if that will work for me.

However, my question for vets especially is how should I structure my new routine? Should I follow something like the newbie routine with longer stretch times or something completely different? Kind of worried for the future as I really want to keep gaining.

We should structure our routines based on the reactions and indicators from our penis. Newbie routine is the first step and is largely proved to work for most people.

Plateau is part of the process and will happen quite often after the newbie gains. Its a natural adaptation system that every athlete faces.

Still kind of skeptical since I’m not necessarily a beginner anymore after my previous gains.

How long should I give the newbie routine to see if I can make gains? I don’t want to spend a lot of time potentially not gaining but I understand change may take a few months to see.

I too am skeptical of doing the newbie routine. Considering I have been experience doing the basic stretches then moving on to devices, recently I have acquired a good feeling for the A stretch, Mandingo stretch and fowfers, I’m not sure if I wanna include hanging in that or not . Obviously I use heat before and after and the basic stretches as like a pre workout to But we will see how those work for me. I feel really stretched afterwards. Try some stuff and hope it sticks.

I don’t doubt it’s effectiveness as it has shown to work for a great number of people.

Just kind of worried it may not work for me because of the way I started my PE journey.

Besides the extender and stretches, did you ever jelqed?

Since you won’t be able to use the extender anymore, replace it for wet jelqing on the same layout of the newbie routine. If you never jelqed before, gotta pick up the technique first, so don’t expect a right away gains. It sounds simple, but has a bunch of details into it.

The one time I ever jelq is to get blood flow back in after being in the extender. Other than that, I’ve never really done it as part of a routine.

Jelq is the all around exercise and is very synergetic when mixed with something else, like stretching.

I’m contemplating getting one of those ADS devices that connect with a leg strap that can be concealed under clothing.

Anyone with advice on these types of ADS devices is greatly appreciated.
