I was wondering whats a good Kegal routine would be and if it can be performed seperatley and multiple times a day and everyday? Would love to have a steel hard penis.

I had been wondering this as well. When I started serious PE, about 3 weeks ago, I was doing pretty strong, quick kegels as much as I could all day long. Doing that I had noticed my EQ decreasing in that I wouldn’t wake up with as strong of an erection as usual. I changed it up to only doing kegels as part of the newbie routine and my EQ improved. I have since added in some light kegeling when I’m driving, sitting at the computer, etc. I squeeze and hold a light to medium kegel for 5-10 seconds and release. I also stopped kegeling on my off days from PE as well and this seems to have helped a lot. I plan on adjusting and learning as I go through this journey. I’m glad you asked this question because I was thinking about asking the same thing recently. Would like to hear from some veterans on how not to over do it and get the most from minimal effort. I have recently figured out the reverse kegel and have been experimenting with those as well.

Kegeling works muscles, and as we all know muscles can be over-trained and under-recovered.

A good kegel routine has some short hard kegels, some longer, held kegels at less than full strength, and medium length either at full strength or slightly less. You should also vary how fast you ‘apply’ the kegel and release it. Do different things on different days, but make sure you take enough days off for recovery.

If you are getting better erections etc. you are getting the exercise/recovery balance right. if your erections suffer, do less and rest more.
