New to Hanging
I purchased a Bib Hanger a month ago and love it makes hanging very comfortable due to its ingenious design. I also purchased a 10 pound weight stack from Zen Hanger. I read the newbie routines and other posts here at Thunder’s Place. I have pumped and used an extender in the past but this is my first experience with hanging. I started out at 5 pounds doing 2-4 20 minute sets per day 3 days per week. I added one pound per week and am currently up to 8 pounds 4-6 20 minute sets per day. I seem to be tolerating this very well and do not think I have reached fatigue. Should I increase weight at a faster rate? I am fairly thick I have read on the site that it is more difficult for thicker guys to gain length. How can I overcome this? Also how does age affect results? I am in my late 50’s is there hope for me? I started at 7.25 BPEL and hope to get to 9. I enjoy the site very much great information and it helps to motivate me. Any suggestions would be great .
