New To Jelqing And Pumps.

I’ve never done either but I don’t have much Confidence in my self. When I’m soft its like my penis runs and hides. It embarrassing. Also I really would like to extend length when I’m soft and hard also girth of course. I bought a pump but did not come with a routine. I’m kinda lost also want to try jelqing any suggestions

Welcome to Thunder’s! We all gotta start somewhere, don’t worry. Most of us don’t start with equipment but use manual exercises instead. I’d recommend doing this… Read the following threads (or first posts anyway) and I’d say start stretching/jelqing with a low erection to get used to it.

Welcome to Thunders.

It would be a good idea if you condition your dick before starting with devices.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
