New to PE, My routine
Hey PE world, I’m 19 with a 5.7 erect dick, like 2 in non erect and 5in girth. I’m super dissatified with myself it’s just complete embarrassing with the size I currently have. The other day me and girl friend went out and jerk me off a little bit and I was just in utter embarrassment.
I knew that she thought it was small even though she denied it, who wouldn’t think that it’s small. You know it’s just really embarrassing to me and my self esteem is very low because of that. I’m a virgin and so is my girlfriend and could of have sex plenty of times but didn’t because of that and also because I’m saving it for my wife. Sorry for those who disagree with me on that decision but that’s me. Me and my girlfriend only really do foreplay nothing serious but we are soon going to get engaged when I come back from Marine Corps Recruit Training, I leave Feb. 25 (incase anyone was interested in my ship date). But enough about my life. I’m here for some gains in my dick my goal is to be at least 8x6 max would be 9x6 I’m perfectly fine with that as well. I’m really skeptical about PE and I’m sure a lot of others are to but hey let’s see how things go.
My routine consist of just stretching and Jelqing.
10 min stretch, 30 second hold on different angles
20 min Jelq. I go intense on that because I just feel comfortable doing it, it’ doesn’t hurt my dick whatsoever.
I was thinking about buying a extender to just stretch for about 8 hours a day and let the gains come from that but can’t afford that at the moment so ill just stick with manual stretching and Jelqing until I can afford it.
