New To PE. Wanna Introduce And Ask Some Questions.
Good morning guys I’m new to PE.
Been reading on the topic for about two months and doing PE for two weeks now.
Little about myself I am a marine reservist, married and soon to be father. Very active in the gym and into powerlifting. Looked into PE after realizing one day I want to improve myself on every aspects. I do have some insecurities.
I’ve been doing Jp’s 90 day beginner routine.
I’m concerned about the risks of PE. What are the dangers? Is it possible to loose size during PE?
I read some guys lost girth and length. I know ED and nerve damage is possible. And to get these negative side effects what causes them?
I know not overdoing and resting is essential.
I just want to be safe before starting and actually digressing in size when I am trying to gain size.
