Hello all,
I am newer to PE and looking forward to this journey. Any and all advice will be read, thought over, and possibly applied.

I will now give you a little history of my experiences with PE. I started PE when I was around 17, because I was afraid to have sex because of my size which at the time was somewhere around 5.5-5.75 inches, so I steered clear. I tried many different manual exercise routines over the past couple years, but had trouble being consistent as I was young and foolish and pretty much expected overnight gains. Few of my routines lasted more than a month as I would measure every week and get discouraged and give up. Somehow over the years I gained approximately .25 inches putting me at around an even 6 at my current age 20.

Some techniques I’ve tried are wet jelqing, dry jelqing, head jelqing (pull back skin and grip base with left hand, and jelq with other hand towards head 3 seconds), A-stretch, V-stretch, different basic angle stretches, twisted stretches, etc.

A few months back I purchased a Size genetics extender and Bathmate and restarted a new routine, which I have successfully thus far stuck with. This time I do believe it is different and that I will stick with it. This forum excites me because it helps me understand that I am not alone on this journey and I truly hope people give me their opinions on different things. I will do almost anything to gain another inch.

Here is my current routine:
New routine
•Size genetics-6 days/week 6x1 hour sessions
•Bathmate-6 days/week 3x5 minute sessions
-Head jelq-100x3-5 sec strokes/day
-Dry jelq after every hour of Size Genetics-30x
-A-stretch-4x1 minute
-Edging after every hour of Size Genetics

Please let me know what you guys think of my routine and any other suggestions you may have. Along the way I am considering buying an Easy Bib starter, starting with 8 sets of 20 minutes at 2.5lbs and bumping it up in weight by .5 lbs each week.

Also, I forgot to mention my current girth is 5 inches. I believe this has increased about .25 inches since the beginning of my journey.

I’ve gotten good results from low force methods and I think long term the best strategy is to minimize toughening the penis as much as possible while maintaining regular growth. Maybe you could skip the extender, jelqing, and manual stretching and use a lower weight like .5lbs. for the bib hanger and report back with the results. You could always switch to higher forces later if it doesn’t work.

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

So from your experience would you say hanging for extended periods is the way to go?

Hello Bigdick22, I kind of agree with Sigmoid, it seems like you may have a few to many things going on at one time. If I was your dick I would not know which way to go either. I started with stretching different ways, then went to hanging and have gained more with that in a shorter time than stretching. But I started with stretching to get my dick started getting used to the new routine.

Hey Sigmoid, I hope to gain as much as you have, what a difference it must be looking down and seeing 2 more inches on the end of your dick. I started with 6.5 and hope to get to 8.5, so hope I can get as much as you. How much have you been hanging with that much gains?

I think that low force hanging for long periods of time is better than high force for a short or long period of time. It’s the contraction response that makes me think that, because high force stretching causes a shortening of the erect penis length for me for several days afterward (though temporarily longer immediately after hanging). If I had a way to effectively inhibit the contraction response though, high force stretching would probably be better. I’ve been looking into it, nothing to report just yet though.

I’m thinking now that even the 0.5lbs. I hang with is not the ideal and I should try lowering it to 0.25lbs..

I’ve been hanging with .5lbs. during the periods that I gained. I haven’t done low weight hanging without also pumping though, so I don’t know if hanging gains are dependent on pumping. Though it seems that I gain more length with the hanging than with pumping alone.

In the past I’ve tried hanging with much higher weights, 2.5 to 15lbs. (or was it 25lbs.?). I’ve also used extenders. I can’t attribute any gains to those though since I didn’t gain length during or immediately after using those methods.

The growth I’ve had is slow enough that I usually don’t recognize it. If I wasn’t measuring I would have almost no idea my penis grew at all. Occasionally, I’ll look in the perpendicular mirrors in a bathroom and recognize the difference. I really recommend people doing PE measure, otherwise they’ll certainly get discouraged over time.

Thank you for your input! That is something I am definitely considering as I have noticed being quite sore. I am going for length right now because I feel I can gain girth relatively easy, but struggle with length. Due to the soreness I think for the next few days I am going to lower the amount of things I do. Although I would like to stick with one workout for a little while I am still in the trial and error phase, so I don’t want to push too hard. I saw a thread where a guy claimed he grew 0.8 inches in 4 months basically just doing the A-stretch for 30-40 minutes a day in 2-3 minute increments, so I may just attempt to do that and 1 or two 1 hour sessions with Size Genetics. However, I feel like that is a lot so I may have to build up to doing it 5-6 days a week.
