New To PE
Hello all,
I am newer to PE and looking forward to this journey. Any and all advice will be read, thought over, and possibly applied.
I will now give you a little history of my experiences with PE. I started PE when I was around 17, because I was afraid to have sex because of my size which at the time was somewhere around 5.5-5.75 inches, so I steered clear. I tried many different manual exercise routines over the past couple years, but had trouble being consistent as I was young and foolish and pretty much expected overnight gains. Few of my routines lasted more than a month as I would measure every week and get discouraged and give up. Somehow over the years I gained approximately .25 inches putting me at around an even 6 at my current age 20.
Some techniques I’ve tried are wet jelqing, dry jelqing, head jelqing (pull back skin and grip base with left hand, and jelq with other hand towards head 3 seconds), A-stretch, V-stretch, different basic angle stretches, twisted stretches, etc.
A few months back I purchased a Size genetics extender and Bathmate and restarted a new routine, which I have successfully thus far stuck with. This time I do believe it is different and that I will stick with it. This forum excites me because it helps me understand that I am not alone on this journey and I truly hope people give me their opinions on different things. I will do almost anything to gain another inch.
Here is my current routine:
New routine
•Size genetics-6 days/week 6x1 hour sessions
•Bathmate-6 days/week 3x5 minute sessions
-Head jelq-100x3-5 sec strokes/day
-Dry jelq after every hour of Size Genetics-30x
-A-stretch-4x1 minute
-Edging after every hour of Size Genetics
Please let me know what you guys think of my routine and any other suggestions you may have. Along the way I am considering buying an Easy Bib starter, starting with 8 sets of 20 minutes at 2.5lbs and bumping it up in weight by .5 lbs each week.
