Ok I’ve been PEing for a week. I start with a 5 min warm up then stretch for the same ammount of time. I jelq for 10 min then stretch. That is my routine so far. I’m working on length first because I am fatter than usual already. Between strokes I’m glans fulls with blood doubleing in size and after the set I have red spots on my glans. Am I overworking and is what I’m doing right for my length goal gains?

That sounds about right, considering your just starting out. It seems that it’s pretty much the newbie routine, except you added another set of stretches after your jelqing. Don’t forget to warm-down too so you can get more fresh blood into your ‘unit’, etc..

I think the red spots means your overworking, but I’m not sure as honestly I still get some of these PE ‘signs’ mixed up. Maybe somebody else can chime in on this and/or possibly some ways to prevent this from happening.

Just for future reference though, try using the search feature found at the very top of every page on this site; you can really find alot of your questions already answered just by using it.

Those red spots are very normal when PEing. I get them all the time and I haven’t had any major problems from them. So I would say they are nothing to worry about.

If your main focus is length gains, then starting one week from today, add 3 sets of 20 JAI stretches to your routine. They do not “feel” like a good workout, but turst me, they work wonders for length.

I wouldn’t recommend that. Stretching before and after a jelqing session makes it more effective. It has for me at least.
