New To This and Would Like Advice
Hey guys,
I’ve been cruising around on the boards for a bit, and I keep thinking I’m missing something obvious somewhere on these boards. But I am just trying to figure out some beginner routines.
I did this for about 2 months prior and didn’t notice much other than a higher self confidence which was good but I quit doing it as it is somewhat time consuming. I am pretty into bodybuilding and I am starting to look pretty strange with the size of my member, so I figured it was time to really give this a go and just add it to my workout routines.
I really want to try it again now. My stats are around 5.1X4.5 and I would really like an increase in both. I am kind of looking for a beginner routine that I am sure is somewhere on this website but am having trouble narrowing down exact directions that I should follow for how long, and then what the next steps should be.
I have read about the J90, pumps, weights, stretches, different devices. I did some beginner routines with no effect, and want maybe more professional advice from the people on these boards. And please if there are things that I keep overlooking please let me know! I apologize, I’m sure this has been answered a million times already and I’m just not seeing it.
