Hello Everyone,

Thank you for all the positive feedback that goes on here at TP. I’ve been doing PE for approx 2 years and just found this site recently. I have Confidence struggles with the mental side of it but now I feel I can really make some head way and reduce the anxiety that I’ve always had with my penis. I probably started 2 years ago with 5.5” BPEL and 5.5 EG. No really permanent routine just dabble here and there. I found through the forum that several Jelqing techniques and horse440 will do wonders. Currently just doing some minor pumping, Jelqing and stretching prior to my routine. I’ve gain a nice amount equally with some length and girth. Currently I’m 6” BPEL and 6” mseg. I would really like to gain more of length than anything. Any help is appreciated

For what it’s worth (in terms of size anxiety) you are at a pretty outstanding starting point in my opinion.

I am currently BPEL 7.25 x MSEG 4.9 and I would happily exchange my stats for your 6 x 6 any day. I have a great sex life at my current stats despite realizing how important girth is.

With girth ultimately being more important than length I think you should be thrilled start where you are.

It’s funny how we think.. I would love the 7.25” length, which is my goal. I really need to stop with my girth gains and focus on length. Would you recommend 1-2 second jelqs or maybe doing some penis extending/hanging?

How about starting with the newbie routine?

I do a 5-10 min stretch to get warmed up..
I’ve been doing 200 jelqs for 5-7 sec each switching every 25 to a different ok grip and including a combo v- grip. I also do 25 kegels 3sec hold after every 25 jelqs

All of this while wearing a cock ring for kegels throughout different parts of the day.

Try to clamp for (3) 5 min clamp sessions and rotate these every other day with horse440s

I will pump at least 1-2 times a week to change it up.
5 days a week with some variations daily.. Weekends off.

I’m 47 and would like to get that spark back with the Mrs.

Clamping and Horse440s are girth centric. May want to look at different exercises if you aren’t still after girth.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I sometimes get obsessed with the girth exercises as I have seen some nice gains recently. I think I need to focus on length exercises more.

Thoughtfulgold, do you know when doing jelqs, if going faster vs slower will enhance your length?

Does Jelqing faster=length 1-2 sec
Slower=girth 5-7 sec ??

I feel that one benefit of slower jelqing is that you pay more attention to the process, to the form. A corollary might be the guy who does bicep curls fast. Poor form results. Frantically fast jelqing has no benefit that I can see. On the flip side, some style of glacially slow jelqing that traps blood forever above your grip cannot be a good thing, either.

Jan 19 = 6.75 BPEL x 5.5 EG

Oct 20 = 7.6 BPEL x 5.5 ish

GOAL 8x 6
