New To Thunders Intro

This is my first time posting on the forum. Had been lurking for a while until I decided to join. I’ve yet to try jelqing or any other forms of EQ that are proper. I’ve dabbled however for some time with supplements/ or herbs to enhance EQ or to increase ejaculate volume/quality or endurance/ stamina for playtime. In a way I’ve been somewhat trying out the holy grail posted in this forum. Running a decent stack I’d say. Trying to accomplish gains in length and volume in the long term for now. Any advice for a newbie or questions are welcome.

With Jelqing, just use enough pressure to move the blood up the shaft until you see the head expand, and make sure you you’ve warmed up / applied heat. Stay away from death grip jelqs!!! Think marathon, not a Sprint and you’ll be golden.


Start - 6.3 x 5.0 | Then - 6.9 x 5.3 | Now - 7.2 x 5.5

Short term goal - 7.5 x 5.5... The dream Goal 8.5 x 6.3

Is there a certain amount of time to do the jelqing? What are my signs to know I accomplished it properly or when to stop a session?

Thanks for the info BearMeat. Prior to this I tried a jelqing session & it went great. That along with the supplements I take helped greatly. Lets just say my girl enjoyed it. Ill apply the info provided & report any progress.
