New Treatment to Document

I am about to embark on a new treatment I do not want to tell anyone what it is unless it works. How could I document the results so that it is believable?

I do not want to wind up botching the results by not knowing the best way to prove them.

If I document they way people here like documentation then I think it will be more believable, who knows it might not work at all or even cause damage. If it causes damage then I will document that as well but I do not think it will or I would not be brave enough to do it.

Any recommendations on documentation is appreciated.

If no one tells me how to document in a way that is proof of results then I will just do simple girth at full erect and nothing more.

Then pictures, during experiment, dated and times, same angles. Steps taken at what time, for how long at what intensity.
