Newbie: Adding DLD Blasters Routine for Length
Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum and have been jelqing for about 2 1/2 months now. I have been slowly increasing my routines based on how I feel. As of right now, my routine consists of the following: First, I start with a 3-5 minute warm-up with a wet/hot towel. Second, I will complete 150 slow and concentrated wet jelqs. Third, I will get a hot/wet towel and wrap up again for another 3-5 minutes. I then finish with stretching (side to side, up and down) with a 20 second hold/stretch in each direction for a total of 8 sets. When stretching, I feel the stretch much more significantly when I am stretching upwards (towards my chest). After reading the DLD Blasters post, I want to start incorporating more stretching including the JAI stretch, and step one on the DLD Blasters post (laying down and stretching towards my chest while doing PC squeezes). I am currently doing my routine every other day. My question is, should I continue to slowly incorporate more into my "every other day" routine, or should I do some of these additional stretching techniques on my off days while laying bed so that I am consistently stretching on a daily basis?? I appreciate your time and guidance on this.
