Hey guys,,,DLD blasters is great for hanging. But I cant do them while sitting!! What I do is:¨
1. Put on my hanger (swimcap) tight really hard attack s-hook and everything. I do this before warmup otherwise my glans will get full of blood which I cant get out.
2. Warmup, now I warm up with my homemade risesockwarmer. 1 min in micro and I wrap it around my penis.
3. Attach the weights sitting. I currently hang 3.5 kg (7.7# I think)
4. While standing perform the DLD blaster! I do 50 of five sec keggle/five sec rk (one DLD blaster takes 10 sec). So
10 * 50 = 500 + 5 sec pause between each (5 *50 )= 750 sec or
12.5 minutes.
As I do one hour hanging in morning and one in evening, 12.5 minutes is not much and I can really feel big difference when doing rk STANDING (with legs not to far away from eachother). When I did them sitting I felt it in the lower abs and lower down, it hurted too much in the end.
So I suggest u try doing the DLD blasters STANDING just those 12.5 minutes and then when finished u sit down again.
But one thing I want to ask is,,,should I do the DLD blasters when hanging both in the morning or evening? Could it hurt my workout if I do DLDblaster both in morning and evening,,is my pcmuscle not ready for that?
