Can DLD Blasters be done while hanging down?

Can DLD Blasters be done while hanging down?

I know DLD Blasters are usually done by pulling up on the penis. What if you were to do kegels while hanging weights in a downward position. Would this have the same effect as a DLD Blaster?

I think the blasters work great in any direction I have tried, including down, straight out and BTC.

Careful on the out. With heavy weight and pulleys, this can be overdoing it a bit. I did this and came to the conclusion that the reason it is so irritating in the deeper areas of attachment is that your musculature in that region of the body is not really well suited to weight lifting. I advise you to stick with down for at least for a while, it’s good for circulation and keeping things a bit warmer via circulation. With out, go very light as if feeling out the idea. This can be extremely stressful to an area of your body that is not used to anything like that. One has to try this to believe how much the difference is in general movement of the lower unit and it’s “inner stuff” compared to just manual stretching. AGAIN…light and easy if you do. groa
